Dj Carve - Vail's Premier Dj

A recent meeting over pizza with Evan Templeton, also known as Dj Carve, left rmvrMedia believing it was time to expand its portfolio to include local talent.  Dj Carve is Vail’s premiere Dj, so it was an honor to help him re-brand himself, and give his site a tune-up.  We took his original site, which was a one page flash site, and turned it into a multi-page Content Management System that he could upload his own pictures, post his upcoming events, and receive booking requests online.  There was a creative challenge, as well.  He wished for the music to keep playing no matter what page you were on. This wasn’t an issue with the flash site he had, because it was all one page.  So we engineered it so that the footer would always be displayed, with non-stop music.  The fun part was taking apart his old music player, and redesigning it to fit his new theme.

With his old site being a one page flash site, non of the content was being crawled by Google, and when we viewed his site’s page source, we found no keywords or descriptions.  So Dj Carve was not being seen in any organic search. We wanted to fix that, so we came up with keywords from competitor’s sites, and a great description that tails to his services.  There will be an immediate turnaround in his search engine standings. So SEO is a check!
